What activated carbon grades do you supply to Saudi Arabia?
Three main grades: (1) KOH-impregnated 4 mm pellet for H₂S and mercaptan removal in oil & gas — chemisorption capacity ≥0.14 g/g. (2) Coal GAC 8×30 for municipal water, desalination polishing, and dechlorination — iodine ≥950, NSF/ANSI 61 grade. (3) Acid-washed coal/coconut GAC for petrochemical streams and amine guard beds. All grades with full COA and SABER conformity available.
How does the SABER conformity process work for Saudi imports?
SABER is Saudi Arabia's import product certification platform. We coordinate the Certificate of Conformity through an approved conformity assessment body before the container is sealed. The CoC is uploaded to SABER by the exporter so the cargo passes Saudi customs without hold-up. This is included in our standard service for Saudi orders — not an add-on.
Which Saudi ports do you ship to?
Jeddah Islamic Port for clients on the western corridor. King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam for Eastern Province oil & gas buyers. King Fahd Industrial Port at Jubail for bulk industrial and petrochemical cargo. Ocean transit from Ningbo or Tianjin is 18–25 days to any of these three.
Can we get SGS or Bureau Veritas pre-shipment inspection?
Yes. We arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS or BV) at origin before the container is sealed. Every shipment also includes a batch-specific COA from our own lab. For new customers we recommend combining both.
What trade terms and payment methods are available?
FOB, CIF, and CFR to Jeddah, Dammam, or Jubail. Payment by T/T (30% deposit, balance before BL release) or irrevocable L/C at sight. Lead time: 7–10 days for stock grades, 18–25 days ocean transit.
