Coconut granular 12×40 or 8×30 (iodine ≥1100, ash <3%, NSF/ANSI 61 compatible) for premium drinking water; coal granular 8×30 or 12×40 (iodine 500–1000) as a cost-effective option for large municipal beds. Choose 12×40 for point-of-use, 8×30 for big-bed 2–4 year life.

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?+
MOQ is 1 ton for most grades. Full-container-load (FCL, 20+ tons) gets the best per-ton rate; less-than-container (LCL) orders add roughly $200/ton for handling and consolidation.
Do you offer OEM / private-label packaging for wholesale?+
Yes. We supply 25 kg bags, 500 kg and 1,000 kg jumbo bags, and custom-printed packaging with your brand for bulk and distributor orders.
What are your payment and trade terms?+
FOB, CIF, and CFR Incoterms. Payment by T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) or irrevocable L/C at sight. Samples are free; you cover courier cost.
How fast can you ship a bulk order?+
Stock grades ship in 7–10 days. Custom specifications or large multi-container orders take 15–25 days depending on volume.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?+
Yes. Free samples up to 1 kg with a full Certificate of Analysis (COA) ship within 3–5 working days before you commit to a wholesale order.
What is the difference between coconut and coal activated carbon for bulk buyers?+
Coconut shell has higher hardness (>98%), lower ash (<3%), and more micropores — preferred for drinking water, gold recovery, and food-grade applications. Coal-based carbon is more cost-effective for large-scale industrial wastewater and reactivation cycles.
What are K-value and R-value in gold-recovery carbon?+
K-value (26–32 kg/tonne) measures gold-loading capacity; R-value (50–65) measures adsorption rate. These are specified only for gold-extraction coconut shell granular carbon.
Do you supply acid-washed activated carbon?+
Yes. Acid-washed grades (low-ash, low-metal) are available for ultra-pure applications in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing.
